Live limitless again. Here Is how!
We understand that there are not many more valuable things in life than your personal health. With that said, highly valued items such as your health deserve high quality care and service. Being able to participate in our daily life and desired activities without pain or limitations is something we all greatly appreciate. When limitations set in, we value our health even more. This is part of the reason why we confidently stand by our model of being a fee-for-service provider. Loon State Physical Therapy adopted this model so we could provide you high quality care for what you value most.
Here is a general breakdown of this model and why it may be the best option for you
Traditional Physical Therapy
Co-pays and commonly larger bills due to insurance companies taking their cut and clinics needing to remain profitable
Shorter appointment times per client so clinics can see more clients per day
Usually multiple visits a week to compensate for these shorter appointment times
Insurance dictating care on how a physical therapist can provide you service, limiting best practice
May see multiple providers through your plan of care, which can affect continuity of progress
Insurance Example: Eight-45 minute appointments at $200 a visit = A cost of $1600 for 360 minutes of care in eight visits
Loon State Physical Therapy
As a direct pay provider, we value transparency. Up front costs, what you see is what you pay
Longer appointment times to get more accomplished in a session
Less visits overall due to longer appointment times. This means you get better, quicker
Treatment not dictated by insurance companies, allowing you to get the care you specifically need
You can STILL request an invoice from us for out-of-network reimbursement to you from your insurance company or have it applied to your overall deductible
Direct Pay Example: Six-60 minute appointments at $160 a visit = A cost of $960 for 360 minutes of care in six visits
The Difference
On average, traditional physical therapy clinics bill between $200-$300 through your insurance for each appointment (ranging from 30-60 minutes in length). Loon State Physical Therapy charges $160 for a one hour appointment
With average deductibles ranging from $3000-$5000, the responsibility is yours to pay this out-of-pocket until your deductible is met
Traditional PT: More visits per week at a potentially higher cost per visit to you (financially and time)
Loon State PT: Longer treatment sessions needing less overall appointments, costing you less time and less money
From Our Examples: Loon State Physical Therapy provides you more cost affective care in less overall visits while providing the high quality service you deserve
