Doctor Andrew Eccles
Andrew was born and raised in the Minneapolis, MN area and understands the importance of being able to enjoy all that our Twin Cities community has to offer. After sustaining injuries himself, he was drawn to the importance of rehab to be able to get back into the activities he enjoyed. This lead him down the career path to become a physical therapist. Outside of physical therapy, Andrew enjoys being active outdoors (including running, tennis, biking, camping, lake activities), scouring the metro area for new restaurants to try, spending time with his wife and son as well as family/friends, and pursuing the next travel destination. As a soccer player growing up and continuing into college, Andrew has a strong passion for sports and maintaining an active lifestyle. This is what fuels his passion to help others in meeting and exceeding their goals for keeping the quality of life they desire and deserve!

Doctor Alexis (Lexi) Noel
Lexi was born and raised in Inver Grove Heights, MN. She came into the profession in 2012 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and fell in love with helping people. In 2020, she decided to go back to school to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy so she could pursue her own narrative of healthcare. She is passionate in the belief that exercise is the best form of healthcare for people in all stages of life, and she is excited to have the privilege to continue supporting people in their health goals. She gained a passion for pelvic health after her primary MD performed a pelvic exam and told her that everything "looked normal" after she was experiencing a lot of pain when she was running. She knew that that answer wasn't good enough, which started her journey into treating others with pelvic pain and dysfunction. Outside of physical therapy, Lexi enjoys coaching adults and kids in the CrossFit space as well as being an avid CrossFit athlete herself. Additionally, Lexi loves to travel and go hiking. Her favorite hiking trip was backpacking through the Andes Mountains in Peru. When Lexi is not doing these things, she is hanging out with her dog Beau!

Doctor Zachary Jankiewicz
Zack was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He always had an interest in the healthcare field and strength training as he grew up playing every sport there was (mostly football, basketball, and volleyball). After graduating from the University of Iowa (Go Hawks), he spent a few years coaching CrossFit. As a coach, he often had members of the gym with nagging injuries, and he knew becoming a physical therapist was the right path for him to help these kinds of clients. He obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University – Glendale in 2022 and caught the golf bug while living in Arizona. Zack believes that exercise truly is medicine in the sense that most people would benefit from an improvement in their strength and mobility, specifically utilizing highly functional movements. Driven by his passion for sports, he enjoys working with all athletes, especially golfers, as he believes most golfers could benefit from an individualized approach to rehab/performance to make the game of golf easier for them. Outside of physical therapy, you can find him spending time with his fiancée, out on the golf course, boating on the White Bear Lake, or at his CrossFit gym.

Doctor Trent Napp
Trent is from the deep corner of southwest Wisconsin (the driftless area). After graduation, Trent moved to the Twin Cities area and began treating and gaining experience in a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Over the years he’s become specialized and placed an emphasis on treating Crossfit athletes, high level athletes, and those looking to improve their overall fitness levels. He also has a niche for working with high level athletes and to optimize recovery, injury rehab, and prevention programs utilizing dry needling techniques and specific targeted exercises. He understands the commitment a competitive sport demands on the body from his experience in college football. By means of his own low back injury(ies) that he experienced from ages 20-23, Trent is committed to a high level of individualized care and is motivated to be a part of the new wave of Physical Therapy to create more resilient humans. Outside of Loon State, you’ll find Trent spending time with his wife (and expectant son/daughter) and dog, Fletcher, doing various Minnesota things.
