There are SO many things a pelvic physical therapist can help with, let’s start by asking a few questions

Did you know that 80% of female athletes and 62% of male athletes experience unwanted peeing or passing gas while lifting? This doesn’t end with athletes though, 50% of adults experience unwanted peeing, increasing to 75% over the age of 65. Just because these symptoms are common does not mean you have to continue dealing with them. My medical provider once told me that because everything looked normal, there was nothing to be done for me. I’m here to tell you, that is not the case.
